- Roughly 75 Lots will be available 
October 2nd -
- Barn opens for viewing at Noon 
October 3rd - 
- Barn opens for viewing at 8:00 AM EST 
- Brunch will be served at 10:00 AM 
- Sale begins at 11:00 AM EST

- Roughly 866 Lots will be available 
October 9th - 
- Barn opens for viewing at 8:00 AM 
- Lunch will be served at Noon 
- Female sale begins at 2:00 PM EST

- Customer Appreciation Dinner begins at 6:30 PM EST
October 10th - 
- Breakfast will be served at 7:30 AM 
- Barn opens for viewing at 8:00 AM 
- Brunch will be served at 10:30 AM 
- Bull Sale begins at 11:00 AM EST

Bull Sale Order - Registered Brahman, all F1s, Registered Brangus, Registered Charolais, Registered Black Angus, followed by Registered Red Angus
